| Abstract: | Introventricular injection(ICV)of morphine and nalaxone to enhance
the effect of electroacupuncture analgesia (EA)by neurotensin (NT)was studied,
using the possium iontophorosis tail-flick as the pain threshold.
The results showed that ICV of morphine could heighten the effect of neurotensin
on EA,and ICV of naloxooe could weaken the effect of neurotensin on EA to some
extent.But the effect of neurotensin on EA was not entirely removed by naloxone.
The data suggested that part of the effect of neurotensin on EA might have something
to do with the work of endogenous opiate peptides. |
