小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠早期治疗手足口病疗效观察

目的:观察小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠早期干预治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法:将1 800例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组950例和对照组850例,对照组给予常规退热及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠1~2 mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,对2组临床治疗结果进行比较。结果:治疗组患儿的退热时间、皮肤疱疹愈合时间、肢体抖动停止时间、睡眠易惊停止时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠早期干预治疗小儿手足口病优于常规对症治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on early interference treatment for hand-foot-and-mouth disease with small doses of methylprednisolone

Objective：To observe the efficacy of early interference treatment for hand-foot-and-mouth disease with small doses methylprednisolone.Methods：One thousand eight hundred hand-foot-and-mouth disease patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=950） was treated with symptomatic treatment and intravenous drip treatment with methylprednisolone 1-2 mg·kg-1·d-1,the control group（n=850） was treated with symptomatic treatment and conventional treatment for abatement of fever.To investigate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of clinical treatment.Results：The treatment efficacy in the treatment group was higher than in the control group（P0.01）,comparing the time to allaying a fever,stopping body shaking,stopping frightened during sleep in two groups.Conclusions：The therapeutic effect in the treatment group with small doses of methylprednisolone early interference treatment was superiorer than in the control group with conventional symptomatic treatment,it was well worth clinical popularizing and application.
