MEBO治疗瘫痪患者肢体烧伤19例体会

目的:总结湿润烧伤膏用于中风后瘫痪烧伤患者的治疗经验.方法:本组19例瘫痪患者,其中脑梗塞患者17例,脑出血患者2例.烧伤创面常规无菌操作清除坏死组织,用3%双氧水和生理盐水彻底清洗创面后,在创面上涂湿润烧伤膏,厚约2mm,同时积极治疗脑卒中的并发症和合并症.结果:19例患者全部治愈,深Ⅱ度创面11天～20天愈合,瘢痕轻微,Ⅲ度创面23天～32天愈合,瘢痕基本平整,凹凸不明显.结论:湿润烧伤膏止痛效果明显,抗感染能力强,促进上皮细胞生长,能使创面较快地自行愈合.

Experience of Treating 19 Limb Burn Cases of Paralyzed Patients with MEBO

Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of treating burn cases of paralyzed patient resulted from stroke with MEBO. Method： 19 cases paralyzed patients, 17 cases of cerebral infraction and 2 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, were collected in the group. After routine aseptic debridement to remove necrosis tissue and washed thoroughly burn wounds with 3% of hydrogen peroxide and N, S. , MEBO was applied to the wounds with the thickness of 2mm. At the same time, the complications of stroke were treated actively. Results： 19 burn cases of paralyzed patients were all healed. The healing time of deep Ⅱ degree burn wound was in the range of 11 - 20 days with minor scar formation, while Ⅲ degree burn wound was 23 -32days with flat scar and no obvious unevenness observed. Conclusion： It is a good way to treat burn case of paralyzed patient with MEBO due to obvious stopping pain, effective anti - infection, accelerating epithermal cell growth and promoting wound healing quickly.
