马来酸依那普利和吲哒帕胺联合治疗原发性高血压病（附40例疗效观察）

目的：观察马来酸依那普利联合吲哒帕胺对原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将120例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照1组、对照2组和治疗组,每组40例。对照1组口服马来酸依那普利片,对照2组口服吲哒帕胺片,治疗组口服马来酸依那普利片和吲哒帕胺片,1个月后,比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组降压效果明显优于对照组,有统计学差异,P＆lt;0.05。结论：马来酸依那普利联合吲哒帕胺较单独使用马来酸依那普利或吲哒帕胺治疗原发性高血压病,疗效更为确切。

Clinical Observation Enalapril Maleate and Indapamide Combination Therapy Primary Hypertension of 40 cases

Objective：The study was to investigate the effectiveness of Enalapril Maleate Tablets with Indapamide in treating primary hypertension.Methods：120cases of primary hypertension were divided into contro1 group1,contro1 group2 and treatment group randomly with each group of 40.The co-ntrol group 1was received Enalapril Maleate Tablets therapy,and the contro1 group 2 was received Indapamide,while the treatment group was given Enalapril Maleate Tablets combined with Indapamide.The effectiveness were compared in 3 grou - ps after 1 month. Results： The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. P 〈 0.05. Conclusions： Enalapril Maleate Tablets combined with Indapamide is more effective than single Enalapril Maleate Tablets or Indapamide in treating primary hypertension and should be the first choice.
