| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Binswanger病的临床诊断标准和CT、MRI的关系。 方法 将我院 1998～ 2 0 0 0年收住院的缺血性脑血管疾病 6 89例并结合影像学检查进行比较分析。结果 其中有 2 7例符合本病的诊断 ,全部病例均有进行性智力障碍、性格改变 ,同时CT扫描与MRI也有特征性的变化。结论 Binswanger病的临床诊断需将其临床表现与影像学检查的结果相结合方能作出。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between the clinical diagnosis standard and CT/MRI in Binswanger disease(BD).Methods CT/MRI was applied to analyze 689 cases of cerebral ischemic disease(CID) . Results Among 689 CID, 27 cases were in conformity with those of BD, and dementia and neuroimage characteristic were found. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of BD could be determined by combining the main clinical manifestations and neuroimage examination. |
