| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甾体激素受体共活化物（AIB1）在前列腺癌（Pca）中的表达及激素依赖性转变过程中的作用。方法采用SABC免疫组化法检测40例前列腺癌症患者中AIB1蛋白在BPH、ADPC及AIPC石蜡切片组织中的表达，应用ImageProPlus4．5图象分析软件测定阳性染色积分光密度（10D）值。结果AIB1阳性表达定位于细胞核和／或细胞质中。在8例BPH、20例ADPC和12例AIPC标本中AIB1均有表达，但各组IOD值元统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论AIB1不是决定前列腺癌生物学行为和激素依赖性的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of AIB1 in prostate cancer and explore the role of AIB1 in regulating the variation of AR-dependence of prostate cancer. Methods AIB1 expression was examined by immunohistochemical assay. The IOD value was canculated by ImagePro Plus 4.5 analysis software. Results AIB1 protein locolized in plasma and/or nuclear. There was no statistical deference of IOD value between each group （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion AIB1 is not a crutial factor determining the biological characteristics and AR dependence of prostate cancer. |
