黔东南州传染病与突发公共卫生事件网络直报系统运行状况和报告质量评价

目的评价黔东南州传染病与突发公共卫生事件网络直报(以下简称网络直报)质量,以进一步提高网络直报工作的及时性和敏感性,规范网络直报工作。方法计算传染病报告单位类型、报告及时率、报告病例分类、乡镇疫情报告率等指标。结果对网络直报工作的管理和督导检查,获得全州传染病报告质量现状。结论对网络直报质量进行定期评价,及时发现网络直报管理中存在问题,以指导今后网络直报工作。

Municable Diseases and Outbreak of Public Health Events in Qiandongnan Prefecture

Objective This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of direct network report system for communicable diseases and outbreak of public health events (hereinafter refer to as direct network report)in Qiandongnan Prefecture for furthering the timeliness and sensitivity of direct network report, and standardizing the reporting work as well. Methods The indexes relative to various communicable diseases were calculated, including type of reporting units, rate of timely report, category of reported case, and report rate for epidemic situation in village and town. Results The current status of communicable diseases report quality was obtained through supervising, guiding, and examining the direct network report system. Conclusions The direct network report quality should be evaluated regularly so that problems existing in management of direct network report may be found timely and the reporting work may be instructed in future.
