| 摘 要： | 本文报导了咪唑类抗真菌药物联苯唑的合成。经过付克酰基化、还原、氯代和 N-烃化四步反应可得到产品联苯唑。反应中无高温高压,无特殊试剂。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we present the synthesis of a new antifungal agent,bifon- azole which is very effective against C.albican,Cry.neoqormas etc.,Bifona- zole was prepared by the following reactions——Friedel-Crafts aeylation,reduc- tion,halogen substitution and N-alkylation.All the reactions were carried out at mild temperatures and low pressures,and also no special reagents were used in the synthesis. |
