| 摘 要： | 目的：旨在观察2％利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法：400例病人随机分为A（实验组），B（对照组）两组，A组术前宫颈注射2％利多卡因；B组按常规人工流产操作手术，结果；A组手术效果优于B组，术中术后患者痛苦，并发症少于B组，结论：2％利多卡因宫颈注射可广泛推广使用人工流产术中。

Injection of lidocaine in the cervix during surgical termination of early pregnancy |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: to observe the effect of 2% injection of lidocaine in the cervix during surgical termination of early pregnancy. METHODS: 400 cases were divided into two parts. A (test) part with injection of Lidocaine in cervix before surgical termination of early pregnancy; B (control) part use the usual way. RESULTS: the surgical effect of A part is much better; the pain and complication among and later surgical termination of early pregnancy in A part is less. CONCLUSION: 2% injection of Lidocaine in cervix should be widely used during surgical termination of early pregnancy. |
