桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗新鲜不稳定腕舟骨骨折11例疗效观察

目的总结桡骨茎突骨瓣植入治疗新鲜不稳定腕舟骨骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法对11例新鲜不稳定性腕舟骨骨折患者进行带桡动脉返支蒂桡骨瓣植入加克氏针固定术,观察其疗效。结果患者术后获得6.0~24.0个月随访。术后2.5~3.0个月11例患者骨折愈合。腕关节掌屈、背伸、桡偏、尺偏均恢复正常范围。腕关节无疼痛。结论该术式解剖恒定,损伤小,操作简便,是治疗新鲜不稳定性腕舟骨骨折的一种有效方法。

Distal Radius Bone Graft in Treatment of Fresh Unstable Scaphoid Fractures: A Study of 11 Cases

Objective To sum up the methods and curative effects of distal radius bone graft pedicled on recurrent branch of radial artery in the treatment of fresh unstable scaphoid fractures.Methods Totally 11 cases with fresh unstable scaphoid fractures were given distal radius bone graft pedicled on recurrent branch of radial artery combined with kirschner wire intramedullary fixation,the clinical effects were observed.Results The scaphoid fractures were united in all patients.Follow-up was given for 6 to 24 months,the bone union was seen 2.5 to 3 months following the surgery,with a union rate of 100%.The motion of wrists in flexion,extension,ulnar deviation and radial deviation recovered to the normal range,and there was no pain appearing in wrist joints.Conclusion Radial bone flap graft pedicled on recurrent branch of radial artery with kirschner wire intramedullary fixation is stable in anatomy,small in injury and simple in operation.It is an effective method for treatment of fresh unstable scaphoid fractures.
