丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的：观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将94例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（n=48例）和对照组（n=46例）,对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,观察和比较两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损评分的变化及治疗后两组的有效率。结果：治疗2周后,治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显降低,治疗组有效率较对照组高,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液能有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损症状,促进神经功能恢复,提高有效率。

Clinical Observation of DanHong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective：To observe the curative effect of DanHong Injection on acute ischemic stroke patients.Method：94 cases of acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into treatment group（n=48） and the control group（n=46）.The control group were only treated by conventional therapy,and the treatment group were given DanHong Injection on routine treatment above.Chinese scale of clinical neurological deficit of stroke patients（China Stroke Scale,CSS） were observed respectively in two groups before and after the treatment and effective rate was also added up after the treatments.Result：Compare with the control group,the CSS of post-treatment in treatment group were significantly lower after the 2 weeks therapy and effective rate in DanHong Injection group was obvious higher than the latter group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The administration of DanHong Injection in acute infarction can significantly improve the condition of neurological deficit and elevate and the effective rate.
