社区干预对高血压患者血浆D-二聚体的影响

目的：观察社区干预对高血压病患者血压的控制情况及与血浆D-二聚体的关系。方法：随机抽取本社区90例自愿接受社区干预的原发性高血压患者,高血压1级、2级、3级各30例,分别检测社区干预前后的血压值及血浆D-二聚体,分析社区干预对于高血压病患者血压的控制情况、血浆D-二聚体的变化及两者的关系。结果：社区干预后各组血压有效控制率分别为76.67%、63.33%、40.00%;2级和3级高血压组血浆D-二聚体浓度控制前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,1级高血压组血浆D-二聚体浓度控制前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;三组社区干预前后血浆D-二聚体的变化与血压变化无直线回归关系。结论：社区干预能够有效的控制高血压,降低血浆D-二聚体。

Detection the Density Change of Plasma D-dimer and the Changes of Blood Pressure of Primary Hypertension Before and After Community Intervention

Objective：To analyze the relationship of blood pressure and plasma D-dimer in hypertension patients after community intervention.Method：90 cases with primary hypertension were sampled randomly into the community,and everyone accepted the community intervention.Level 1,level 2,and level 3 were respectively 30 cases,who were detected blood pressure and plasma D-dimer before and after community intervention.To analyze the effect of blood pressure,the density of plasma D-dimer,and the relationships between them after community intervention.Result：The effective ratio of blood pressure after community intervention in the three groups was 76.67%,63.33%,and 40.00%,and the density of plasma D-dimer of level 2 and level 3 hypertension group was statistically significant before and after community intervention（P0.05）,but level 1 hypertension group was not statistically significant（P0.05）.The density change of plasma D-dimer was not associated with the changes of blood pressure in any group before and after community intervention.Conclusion：Community intervention can effectively control hypertension,and decrease the density of plasma D-dimer.
