脑出血患者早期康复治疗的体会

目的 探讨脑出血患者早期康复治疗的疗效,提高患者的神经功能.方法 对笔者所在医院2008 年6 月-2010 年12 月神经内科的90 例脑出血患者,进行早期康复介入,分阶段进行规范化运动训练,进行分析总结.结果 治疗后康复组与对照组的临床有效率分别为88.6% 和66.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组治疗前后ADL 评分对比,治疗前评分相近（P〉0.05）,治疗后康复组评分提高明显（P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义.结论 脑出血患者在神经内科常规治疗的同时,早期进行康复治疗有较好的康复效果.

Cerebral Hemorrhage in Patients with Early Rehabilitation Experience

Objectlve：To discuss on cerebral hemorrhage patients in early rehabilitation treatment, improve the neurological function of patients with. Methods：In author＇ s hospital in 2008 June to 2010 December in neurology in 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, early rehabilitation intervention, phased out standardized training, analyzed and summarized.Results：Rehabilitation treatment group and control group in the clinical effective rate were 88.6% and 66.6% （ P〈0.05 ）, there were significant differences. The two groups before and after treatment by the ADL score before treatment contrast, Inn （P〉0.05）, after treatment and rehabilitation group score improved significantly （P〈0.01）, there were significant differences.Conclusion：Cerebral hemorrhage patients in neurology department routine treatment, early rehabilitation treatment to obtain the good effect of rehabilitation.
