血清肿瘤标志物联合ROS、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px在消化道恶性肿瘤中的检测意义分析

目的 探讨血清肿瘤标志物联合ROS、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px 在消化道恶性肿瘤中的检测意义.方法 将2009 年9月-2011年12 月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的86 例消化道恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组,选取同期的86 例消化道良性疾病患者为对照组,将两组患者的血清CA199、CA242、CEA、SCC 水平及ROS、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px 水平进行比较.结果 观察组的SOD 及GSH-Px 水平均低于对照组,血清结论：血清肿瘤标志物联合ROS、SOD、MDA、GSH-Px 在消化道恶性肿瘤中的检测价值较高,对于了解疾病的分期等也有积极的作用.

Analysis on the Detection Significance of Serum Tumor Markers Combined with ROS,SOD,MDA,GSH-Px in Digestive Tract Cancer

Objective：To study the detection significance of serum tumor markers combined with ROS, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px in digestive tract cancer.Methods：86 patients with digestive tract cancer in author＇ s hospital from September 2009 to December 2011 were selected as observation group, and 86 patients with Gastrointestinal benign disease at the same time were selected as control group, and the serum CA199, CA242, CEA, SCC and ROS, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px of two groups were compared.Results：The serum SOD and GSH-Px of observation group were lower than those of control group, serum CA199, CA242, CEA, SCC, ROS and MDA were all higher than those of control group, and the levels of patients at different stages showed bigger differences, all P〈O.05, there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The detective value of serum tumor markers combined with ROS, SOD, MDA, GSH- Px in digestive tract cancer is higher, and it plays an active role in understanding the stage of disease.
