微生物检验在感染控制中的应用

目的：研究和探讨通过对微生物进行检验在感染控制中的应用价值。方法：选用自2009年1月-2011年12月到本院就诊的364例尿路感染患者中段尿培养共分离364株大肠埃希氏菌,将其随机均分为观察组以及对照组,每组182株。其中对观察组的菌株进行微生物检验,对照组菌株不采取任何处理方案。并且总结微生物检验是如何合理地应用在临床抗生素以及控制医院感染中的,探讨微生物检验在临床中的应用价值。结果：观察组患者感染严重程度显著低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。微生物检验能够在以下方面发挥重要作用：控制医院感染、监测病原菌以及预测传播途径,微生物检测还能够对易感人群进行监测。结论：在医院感染控制工作中发挥着重要作用的便是微生物检验,微生物检验在降低医院感染发生率的同时,还能够提高患者的治愈率。因此应该在临床上大力推广以及应用微生物检验,只有这样才能将医院感染发生的可能性降到最低。

Value Analysis of Microbiological Testing in the Hospital Infection

Objective：To research value of microbiological testing in the hospital infection.Method：364 E.coli isolated from urine culture were selected in patients with urinary tract infections from January 2009 to December 2011,they were randomly and uniformly divided into observation group and control group,each was 182.Microbiological testing,the strains of the observation group and control group,the strains do not take any treatment program.And summarizes the microbiological testing how the application of clinical antibiotics and control of hospital infection to explore the microbiological testing in the clinical application value.Result：The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the treatment group,Microbiological testing can play an important role in the following areas：control of hospital infections、monitoring of pathogens and predict route of transmission,microbial detection monitoring of susceptible populations.Conclusion：Microbiological testing play an important role in the hospital infection control work,at the same time of the incidence of microbiological testing in reducing hospital infection,you can also improve the cure rate of patients with.Should vigorously promote clinical and microbiological testing,the only way to minimize the possibility of nosocomial infection.
