炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效比较

目的：比较炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效。方法：疱疹性咽峡炎患儿110例，分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，观察组给予炎琥宁治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为94．55％，高于对照组81．82％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患儿均未见严重不良反应。结论：炎琥宁注射剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效可靠。

Curative Effect Comparison Between Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate and Ribavirin in Treatment of Pediatric Patients with Herpetic Angina

Objective ：Curative effect comparison were analysed between Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate and Ribavirin in treatment of pediatric patients with herpetic angina.Methods ： 110 pediatric patients with herpetic angina were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group ： Ribavirin treatment.The observer Group ： Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate treatment.Results ：The total efficiency of the observation group was 94.55% which was higher than 81.82% in the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The two groups found no serious adverse reaction cases.Conclusion ：It＇ s good efficacy that Potassium sodium Pehydroandrographolide suceinate treatment of pediatric patients with herpetic angina.
