| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨介入栓塞联合米非司酮治疗瘢痕子宫切口妊娠l临床效果。方法：笔者所在医院2009年6月-2012年2月共收治瘢痕子宫切口妊娠患者30例，均采用介入栓塞联合米非司酮治疗。对其病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：30例患者均保守治疗成功，无一例因此切除子宫者。结论：介入栓塞联合米非司酮治疗瘢痕子宫切口妊娠具有很好的效果，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the intervention embolization combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy clinical effect.Methods：In our hospital from 2009 June to 2012 February were treated 30 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy, using interventional embolization combined with mifepristone.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All 30 patients were successfully treated conservatively, with no so resection of uterine.Conclusion：Interventional embolization combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has very good effect, worthy of clinical application. |
