不同血液净化方式对尿毒症患者甲状旁腺激素的影响

目的：研究血液透析（HD）、血液透析滤过（HDF）对尿毒症患者血清甲状旁腺激素（PTH）的清除情况。方法：选择患者64例，随机分为两组，每组32例。A组采用每周HD治疗3次；B组采用每周1次HD治疗、2次HDF治疗。治疗6个月，观察PTH的变化。结果：治疗6个月后，A组血清PTH无明显下降，B组血清PTH下降明显，两组治疗前后PTH比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：两种血液净化方式均能清除PTH，但采用每周1次HD、2次HDF治疗效果佳，对PTH清除效果好。

The Effect of Different Modes of Blood Purification to Parathyroid Hormone in Uremia Patients

Objective：Study the serum parathyroid hormone （PTH）clearance by hemodialysis （HD）, hemodiafiltration （HDF） in uremic patients. Methods：64 cases of patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, 32 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with HD 3 times a week. Patients in group B were treated with HD 1 time and HDF 2 times a week.Observe changes of PTH after treatment for 6 months.Results：After treatment of 6 months, PTH has no obviously decline in group A while decreased obviously in group B.The change of PTH was significantly different before and after treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The two ways of blood purification are both able to remove PTH, and the treatment of 1 time with HD and 2 times with HDF a week was better in effect of PTH removement.
