深圳市宝安区肾结石患病的现况调查

目的 :研究深圳市宝安区肾结石患病和年龄、性别、职业、文化程度以及家族史等因素的关联。方法 :采用整群分层随机抽样方法对深圳市宝安区 762 5名居民进行了肾脏 B超检查和社会与人口学问卷调查 ,所获资料由 Visual Fox-pro6.0建立数据库 ,以 SPSS10 .0软件包进行了方差分析、χ2检验等分析。结果 :肾结石总患病率为 7.0 % ,男性为 9.17% ,女性为 5 .47% ,男性患病率高于女性 (χ2 =3 9.3 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;随年龄增加肾结石患病率呈上升趋势 (趋势 χ2 =83 .19,P<0 .0 1) ;离退休人员、医务工作者、公务员以及管理人员肾结石患病率较高 ,而学生、教师患病率则较低 ;有家族史者肾结石患病率较高 (χ2 =5 .2 2 6,P<0 .0 5 ) ;各人群亚组在饮食、饮水以及生活习惯等因素的暴露率有统计学意义。结论 :深圳市宝安区肾结石患病率较高 ,应加强对高危人群的监测 ,提高当地人群的防治意识

A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY OF RENAL CALCULUS IN BAO''AN DISTRICT SHENZHEN CITY

Objective:To study the prevalence of renal calculus and its risk factors in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city.Methods:7625 residents with the age above 15 were surveyed in 2000.The questionnaire included sex,age,occupation,education status,etc.Ultrasound examination was used to diagnose renal calculus.Results:The average prevalence rate of renal calculus was 7 0%,being 9 19% in the males and 5 47% in the females.The prevalence of renal calculus was higher in the advance age,male,lowly educated population.Subpopulations have statistics association among diet,drinking water and live habit,etc.Conclusions:The prevalence rate of renal calculus in Bao'an is high,strengthening the surveillance of the high risk population should be done.
