腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除术的临床对比研究

目的:比较腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)与开腹阑尾切除术(OA)的临床效果.方法:整理分析我院2010年8月至2012年3月收治的285例阑尾炎患者,其中148例采用开腹阑尾切除术(OA组),137例采用经腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA组),比较分析两组的临床效果.结果:LA组在术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后疼痛、住院时间及切口感染等方面均优于OA组,(P<0.05);LA组手术时间略高于OA组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);LA组住院费用明显高于OA组(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)费用较高,在经济条件允许的情况下治疗阑尾炎,具有创伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,感染率低等优点,值得推广.

Clinical Comparative Study of Open Appendectomy and Laparoscopic Appendectomy

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of open appendectomy(OA) and laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods:From August 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital,285 cases with appendicitis accepted appendectomy,148 patients were treated with open appendectomy(OA),137 patients were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,the time of passing flatus after operation and hospitalization time of LA group were significantly shorter,the LA group’s intraoperative blood loss,the pain after operation and the wound infection rate was obviously less,there were statistical significance than those of OA group(all P<0.05).The operation time of LA group was slightly longer than that of OA group,the difference was not statically significant between two groups(P>0.05).The cost of LA group were significant higher than that of OA group(P<0.05) Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy is an effective method for appendicitis with little trauma,quicker recovery,shorter hospital stay,and more comfortable.it is worthy of concern.
