肾脏病并发带状疱疹发病特点的临床研究

目的比较肾脏病合并带状疱疹(KDHZ)与非肾脏病性带状疱疹(NKDHZ)的临床特点及对治疗的反应。方法采用病例对照研究,重点比较KDHZ与NKDHZ两组患者临床特点与治疗反应的不同,从而了解肾脏病及其用药对带状疱疹的发生、发展、临床表现和治疗等方面的影响。结果KDHZ组与NKDHZ组比较,在前驱症状、疱疹面积和神经疼痛程度方面无明显差异。在KDHZ组中其它发生疱疹部位上较NKDHZ组有显著差异。KDHZ组最具特征性的表现在于出疹时间和疱疹后神经痛(PHN)程度。结论KDHZ组出疹时间比NKDHZ早,尤其在疼痛后出疹明显少于NKDHZ组。NKDHZ组PHN程度明显重于KDHZ组。KDHZ组结痂较晚,住院时间较长,KDHZ组出院时大部分患者无PHN后遗症,与NKDHZ组比较有显著差异。

Clinical Study of Kidney Disease with Herpes Zoster

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and the treatment reactions by contrasting kidney disease with herpes zoster(KDHZ) and non-kidney disease with herpes zoster(NKDHZ).Methods The differences in the clinical characteristics and the treatment reaction were compared between KDHZ and NKDHZ by case-control study.Results No significant differences in prodromes,herpes area and neuralgia were seen between KDHZ and NKDHZ,but the differences in places where the herpes occurred except chest,back,waist and abdomen were significant between KDHZ and NKDHZ.The most impressive features in KDHZ were the time on which herpes began to occur and the degree of the post-herpetic neuralgia.Herpes occurred earlier in KDHZ than in NKDHZ.Herpes which occurred after pain were obviously less in KDHZ than in NKDHZ.The degree of the post-herpetic neuralgia in NKDHZ was evidently severer than that in KDHZ.Compared with that of the patients in NKDHZ,the herpes of the patients in KDHZ scabbed later.At last,the patients in NKDHZ had longer time in hospital and less post-herpetic neuralgia.Conclusion There exist significant differences in the clinical characteristics and the treatment reactions between KDHZ and NKDHZ.
