关于丹参及其制剂高效液相色谱指纹图谱参照物的选择研究概况

近年来,国内外学者在丹参及其制剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的建立上进行了大量研究。参照物的选择是指纹图谱研究过程中必不可少的内容,在图谱的建立与谱峰鉴别方面具有重要的意义。以丹参、HPLC指纹图谱和参照物为关键词,通过CNKI、万方数据库和Elsevier等专业数据库系统查阅相关文献,有参考价值的文献近40篇,本文综述了近十年来丹参及其制剂的HPLC指纹图谱参照物选择的情况,期望今后能够更好地为丹参HPLC指纹图谱标准化研究提供参考和依据。

THe selectioN of refereNce iNvolved iN HPLC fiNgerpriNt aNalysis of salvia miltiorrhiza aNd its preparatioNs

Many researches in the establishment of the HPLC fingerprint of salvia miltiorrhiza and its preparations have been finished in recent years. In order to build the accurate fingerprints,the selection of reference should be paid more at-tention because it played an important role in establishing the HPLC fingerprints and identifying the peaks in the process of these tests. By using salvia miltiorrhiza,HPLC fingerprint and reference as keywords,about 40 references were retrieved in CNKI ,Wanfang and Elsevier databases. This paper reviewed the reference materials in the studies of HPLC fingerprint about salvia miltiorrhiza and its preparations in the past ten years,expected to provide some basic guides for the HPLC fingerprint standardized research in the future.
