水蛭抗凝血作用实验研究

摘    要:目的 :观察水蛭对正常和高凝动物血液流变学及凝血系统的影响。方法 :小鼠连续给不同剂量药物后,以剪尾法测定出血时间(BT),以毛细管法测定凝血时间(CT),摘眼球取血测定凝血酶原时间(PT),活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT),凝血酶时间(TT)以及纤维蛋白原(Fibg)的含量;尾静脉注射鞣花酸溶液,测定BT和CT。大鼠连续给不同剂量药物后,舌下静脉注射鞣花酸溶液,测定全血黏度和血浆黏度以及血浆凝血时间APTT、PT、TT以及Fibg的含量。结果:水蛭能显著延长正常和高凝小鼠BT和CT,显著延长正常小鼠PT和APTT,显著降低高凝大鼠全血黏度和血浆黏度,显著延长PT、APTT和TT。结论:水蛭能显著改善血液流变学,有抗凝血作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Shuizhi on the hemorheology condition and blood coagulation system in normal and hypercoagulable animals. Methods:After mice were treated with the different agents, tail-cutting method and the capillary tube method were used to measure bleeding time (BT) and coagulation time (CT),blood sample was taked from extracted eyeball to measure the prothrombin time (PT) ,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),thrombin time (TT) and plasma fibrinogen (FIB),intravenous injection of ellagic acid was applied,BT and CT were measured. After rats were treated with different agents,intravenous injection of ellagic acid was applied,APTT,PT,TT and FIB were measured. Resuhs:Shuizhi can prolong BT and CT of normal and hypercoagulable mice,and can prolong PT and AFTT of normal mice,and can reduce blood and plasma viscosity and can prolong PT,APTT and TT of hypercoagulable. Conclusion:Shuizhi can improve hemorheology and the function of blood anti-coagulation.
