临床药师在减少中药不良反应中的作用

目的探讨临床药师在减少中药不良反应中的作用。方法比较2013年我院临床药师干预后中药不良反应的发生率与2012年以前无临床药师干预时中药不良反应发生率,分析发生中药不良反应的剂型、不良反应的表现以及不同给药途径不良反应的发生率。结果临床药师干预前,我院发生中药不良反应例数为127例,涉及3种剂型,其中中药注射剂的不良反应发生率占70.08%,比例最高。静脉滴注是最易引起不良反应的给药途径,主要临床表现为皮肤及附件损害。临床药师采用干预措施后,我院中药不良反应的发生率较之前明显降低,占62.11%,说明临床药师的干预措施有效。结论临床药师的积极干预在减少中药不良反应的过程中发挥了非常重要的作用,保证了临床用药的安全性和合理性。

Effect of cliNical pHarmacists iN reduciNg adverse reactioN of traditioNal CHiNese mediciNe

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists in reducing adverse reactions of traditional Chi-nese medicine. MetHods We compared the incidence of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine before and after intervention of clinical pharmacists in 2012 and 2013 to analyze the factors of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medi-cine,including dosage,clinical features and administration. Results Before clinical pharmacist intervention,cases of ad-verse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were 127,involving 3 dosages. Injections had the highest rate of adverse reactions,accounting for 70. 08%. The intravenous drip was most likely to cause adverse reactions of the route of administration. The main clinical manifestations were damages of skin and appendages. After intervention of clinical pharma-cists,incidence of adverse reactions in our hospital was significantly decreased,counting for 62. 11%,which showed that the intervention was effective. CoNclusioN The active intervention of clinical pharmacists played a very important role in re-ducing adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine,and ensuring safety and rationality of clinical medication.
