| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区护理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法:将240例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各120例,对照组按常规服用降糖药物,根据患者血糖调整用药剂量.干预组在对照组的基础上进行社区护理干预.结果:干预组在糖尿病认知、健康信念、健康行为方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);干预组遵医率高于对照组(P＜0.01),血糖控制情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:社区护理干预可提高老年糖尿病患者的生活质量和保健意识,值得临床推广应用.
