| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法:对100例AMI患者采用个性化或集中式干预形式进行综合护理干预.于干预前、第1次干预后、第2次干预后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行测评并比较.结果:AMI患者SAS、SDS与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);AMI患者SAS、SDS第1次干预后、第2次干预后与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:综合护理干预对AMI患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪具有良好的干预效应.
