药物治疗配合护理干预在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用及护理

目的:探讨药物治疗配合护理干预在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中的应用效果及护理方法.方法:对60例SLE患者给予系统的药物治疗,并配合相应的心理护理、饮食指导、安全用药指导、药物不良反应观察及护理、健康指导等.结果:本组有效53例,无效7例,总有效率为88.33%.出现胃肠道反应16例,严重感染1例,皮疹5例.治疗后SLE疾病活动指数(DAI)评分、24 h尿蛋白、ESR与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).结论:对SLE患者给予系统的药物治疗可有效控制病情,给予细致的护理可有效减少药物副反应的发生.
