| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理护理对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致便秘的影响。方法:将87例患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予心理护理。2周后观察两组患者便秘治疗效果。结果:观察组患者便秘治疗总有效率为88.6%,对照组为69.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理能够明显改善中晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致的便秘症状。
