| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨预见性综合护理干预对上消化道出血患者的影响。方法:将258例上消化道出血病患者随机分为观察组128例和对照组130例,对照组给予综合治疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予预见性综合护理干预。并对两组患者心理状态、入院24 h再出血或出血停止指标进行评价。结果:观察组住院5 d SAS评分、总有效率、不良心理状态缓解时间、住院24 h再出血发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:预见性综合护理干预可缓解上消化道出血患者的负性心理,提高治疗依从性,有利于患者康复。
