| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在重症脑炎患儿中的应用效果.方法:将102例重症脑炎患儿按入院时间分为观察组和对照组各51例,观察组应用CNP进行护理,对照组采用常规护理.调查两组患儿及家属对临床护理满意度及护理缺陷发生率.结果:观察组患儿及家属对临床护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.01),观察组护理缺陷发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:CNP可提高重症脑炎患儿及家属的满意度,降低护理缺陷发生率.
