健康教育路径在头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗中的应用

目的探讨健康教育路径在头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗中的实施及效果。方法选择接受放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者100例随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组遵循健康教育路径进行全程计划性健康教育;对照组按常规方法进行健康教育。结果观察组患者健康知识的掌握情况、治疗依从性及对护理质量的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗过程中出现中、重度放疗反应的人数、医院感染的发生率及放疗的天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后半年发生放疗并发症的人数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施健康教育路径能够提高健康教育的效果和护理质量,减轻放疗反应和减少医院感染以及提高放疗的疗效和患者的生活质量。

Applications of Health Education Program in Patients with Head and Neck Tumors Undergoing Radiotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of health education program on patients with head and neck tumors undergoing radiotherapy.Methods One hundred of cases with head and neck tumors undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into observe group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Patients in observe group were educated with health education program during the whole range; In contrast, patients in control group were performed by traditional education methods.Results There was a better understanding of health knowledge, a better compliance of follow-up treatment, and a better satisfactory of ward service in observation group compared with control group(P<0.05); The percentage of patients with medium and severe radiation reaction or hospital infection were significantly decreased in observation group respectively(P<0.05), and days of radiotherapy were also diminished in patients in observation group(P<0.05 ); Lower percentage of patients with radiotherapy complications were observed in observation group as comparing to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education program is helpful for improving the effects of health education and ward service, and making a decreased radiation reaction and percentage of hospital infection, thus improving therapeutic effect and life quality in patients with head and neck tumors undergoing radiotherapy.
