| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微切除垂体瘤的方法 及经验.方法 对43例垂体瘤患者行单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除.结果 所有病人手术过程顺利,术后临床症状及内分泌检查均有明显缓解.结论 经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术治疗垂体瘤是一种快捷、安全、有效的手术方式.
