急性阑尾炎术后切口感染相关因素分析及防治措施

目的探讨急性阑尾炎术后切口感染的相关因素及防治措施。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2013年12月收治197例急性阑尾炎手术患者的临床资料。结果本组190例患者术后切口Ⅱ／甲级愈合；7例患者出现术后切口感染，伤口拆除缝线后敞开引流，治疗后均I期愈合。所有患者均痊愈出院，住院时间6d~14d，平均（7．2±0．8）d。结论早期诊断及时手术，术中严格无菌操作，避免电刀的使用，注意切口保护，合理使用抗生素，正确的引流及术后切口观察，可有效减少急性阑尾炎术后切口感染的发生率。

Conclusion postoperative infection of incision, increase of the related factors of acute appendicitis, early diagnosis and timely operation, intraoperative strict aseptic operation, avoid the use of electro tome, pay attention to the protection of incision, the reasonable use of antibiotics, the correct observation of drainage and postoperative incision, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection of incision, increase of acute appendicitis.
