腹壁切口疝无张力修补术55例临床分析

目的：探讨腹壁切口疝无张力修补术的手术方法及效果。方法回顾性分析我院55例腹壁切口疝无张力修补术患者的临床资料。结果本组患者治疗效果满意，随访6个月~5年无复发病例，无死亡病例。结论采用人工材料行无张力修补术是腹壁切口疝首选的治疗方法，手术安全、并发症少、复发率低，提高手术技巧、加强围术期处理是手术成功的关键。

Clinical analysis of 55 cases with abdominal incisional hernia tension-free herniorrhaphy

Objective To inquire into operation method of abdominal incisional hernia tension-free herniorrhaphy and the treatment of perioperative period. Methods 55 patients with abdominal incisional hernia tension-free herniorrhaphy were chosen and performed to analyze. Results Effect of treatment in this group of patients was satisfactory.Following up for 6 months, there was no recurrence or no death case in the past 6 years. Conclusion Using artificial materials for abdominal incisional hernia tension-free herniorrhaphy is the best choice to cure incisional hernia of abdominal wall. This kind of operation can satisfy many demands, such as safety, less complications, low recurrence rate. Meanwhile operation skills can be improved. The key to successful operation is strengthening treatment during perioperative period.
