| 摘 要： | 目的了解流行性腮腺炎的流行病学特征。方法收集整理广西全州县2009年—2013年流行性腮腺炎病例的疫情报告及儿童麻疹一腮腺炎一风疹疫苗（MMR）的接种资料，采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果在过去的5年中该县疫情报告流行性腮腺炎病例共802例，年均发病率为19．57／10万，每年的病例数多少与MMR疫苗接种数量关系密切。发病人群88．0396出现在10岁以下年龄组，患者男女比例为2．06：1，5~7月份为该县病例出现的高峰期，37．41％的病例集中在县城所在地的全州镇。结论需进一步提高腮腺炎病例高发乡镇儿童MMR疫苗接种率，完善病例个案调查资料。

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Quanzhou county from 2009 to 2013 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understandtheepidemiological haracteristics of the most northem Guangxi and HunaProvince bordering Quanzhou County mumps. Methods The county collected 2009-2013 mumps epidemic reporting and measles-mumps-rubellavaccine （MMR） vaccination data and using Excel software for statistical analysis. Results Thecounty epidemic of mumps cases reported were 802 cases in the past five years, with an average annual incidence rate of 19.57/100 thousand annually and the number of cases closely related to the number of MMR vaccination. The cases of the population of 88.03% in the age group under 10 years old and the proportion of male and female patients was 2.06：1, from May to July for county cases occur peak, 37.41% of the cases concentrated in the county seat of Quanzhou town. Conclusion The county needs to further improve the high incidence of cases of township children MMR vaccination rates and improve case survey data. |
