不同临床特征鼻息肉中IL-5mRNA的表达和意义

目的：检测白细胞介素5（Interleukin-5，IL-5）mRNA在不同临床特征鼻息肉和鼻腔下鼻甲黏膜中的表达，探讨其相关性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测24例鼻息肉（息肉组）和15例下鼻甲黏膜（对照组）中IL-5mRNA的定量表达。结果鼻息肉组织中IL-5mRNA的表达是下鼻甲黏膜组织中的7.52倍（P＜0.01）。鼻息肉中组织中，IL-5mRNA的表达在性别、单双侧、初发复发之间差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但在单发与多发、是否伴过敏性鼻炎和（或）哮喘之间差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 IL-5mRNA在息肉组织中的高表达，可能是促进鼻息肉发生发展的一个重要因素；IL-5mRNA在鼻息肉中的表达程度与部分临床特征有关。

Quantitative analysis of Interleukin-5 mRNA in nasal polyps of different clinical characteristics

Objective To study the expression of intedeukin-5（IL-5）mRNA in Nasal polyps and its relationship with the Clinical features. Methods Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR （RT-QPCR）were used to detect the expression of IL-5mRNA in 24 cases of nasal polyps and 15 cases of inferior turbinate. Results The expression of IL-5 mRNA in Nasal polyps was 7.52 times higher than that in the inferior turbinate（P〈0.01）. The expression of IL-5 mRNA was not associated with the sexual distinction、Unilateral and Bilateral nasal polyps、Primary and Recurrent nasal polyps （P〉0.05）,but with the Single and Multiple nasal polyps、Nasal polyps with allergic rhinitis and/or asthma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-5mRNA is closely related with the formation edema and development of nasal polyps. Some clinical features of Nasal polyps related to the expression level of IL-5mRNA in nasal polyps.
