配伍对葛根芩连汤中小檗碱含量的影响

摘    要:目的 建立 HPL C法测定葛根芩连汤各配伍煎液中小檗碱的含量测定方法 ,研究配伍对小檗碱含量的影响。方法 采用 L8(2 7)正交设计及统计软件 SPSS10 .0统计方法 ,以 HPL C法测定小檗碱的含量。结果 葛根、黄芩、甘草对方中小檗碱含量的影响差异存在显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,葛根与黄芩、黄芩与甘草、葛根与甘草对小檗碱的含量影响交互作用不显著。实验中观察到凡是黄连与葛根、黄芩、甘草的配伍组皆有沉淀产生 ,沉淀中含有一定量的小檗碱。结论 葛根、黄芩、甘草降低小檗碱的含量。

Abstract:Object To set up the quantitative method of berberine in decoctions prepared from various combinations of the recipe named Gegen Qinlian Decoction (GQD) by HPLC and to determine the change of berberine contents in different decoction. Methods By L_8(2 7) orthogonal design and statistics analysis (SPSS 10.0),eight decoctions of Rhizoma Coptidis either alone or in combination with one or more or the other three components were prepared and analyzed. Their berberine contents were determined by HPLC. Results For Radix Puerariae,Radix Scutellarias,and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,the difference on the content of berberine is significant (P<0.05). Interactions between two of three is insignificant in this experiment. The sedimentation is found in the decoctions of Rhizoma Coptidis incombined with one or more of the other three components. Conclusion The content of berberine is reduced by Radix Puerariae,Radix Scutellaria,and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata.
