| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝脓肿在超声引导下穿刺置管引流术对肝脓肿治疗的疗效.方法回顾性分析1998年3月～2004年3月,92例肝脓肿病人的临床资料.结果本组92例病人共进行102次穿刺置管引流术,总治愈率为96.63%,平均疗程19天(8～30天).术后无腹腔内出血、气胸、脓胸及严重腹腔感染等并发症.治疗效果满意.结论B超引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术具有简便、安全、住院时间短、费用少,并发症低的优点,可用于治疗大多数肝脓肿.

| Abstract: | objective To investigate the curative effect of liver abscess using puncture and indewelling catheter drainage under ultrasound guided. Methods From March 1998 to March 2004, 92 cases with liver abscess were analyzed retrospectively. and indewelling catheter drainage in 102 times. The total bleeding Results 92 cases undergwent puncture cure rate was 96.6%. No intraabdominal ,pneumothorax,empyema and severe abdominal infection were found after operation. Conclusion This method possesses simple, safe, shorter hospitalization,less cost and low complications. It can use to treat the most of liver abscess. |
