慢性非传染性疾病的健康生命年损失研究

目的研究中国慢性非传染性疾病所造成的健康生命年损失。方法利用伤残调整生命年(DALY)对中国2005年9种慢性非传染性疾病所造成的健康生命年损失进行计算。结果9种慢性非传染性疾病DALY顺位的前3位分别是:循环系统疾病、肿瘤和精神系统疾病。由残疾引起的健康生命年损失的前3位分别是:肌肉骨骼系统疾病、精神系统疾病和消化系统疾病。除肌肉骨骼系统疾病外健康生命年损失均男性大于女性。15～30岁组的健康生命年损失最多的是精神系统疾病;60～70岁组为肿瘤;80岁以上组有精神系统、循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统和泌尿系统疾病。除呼吸系统和消化系统疾病,农村健康生命年损失高于城市,其他均为城市高于农村。结论循环系统疾病和肿瘤健康生命年损失主要由死亡引起,肌肉骨骼系统疾病和精神系统疾病健康生命年损失主要由残疾引起。男性和城市的健康生命年损失更应引起重视。

Measurement of the Lost of Healthy Life Years Caused by Non-Communicable Diseases

0BJECTIVE Investigate the loss of healthy life years that is caused by Non-Communicable Disease in China. METHODS We use the DALY to calculate the health life years that caused by 9 Non-Communicable Diseases during 2005 in China. RESULTS The first three diseases of nine Non-Communicable Diseases are circulatory diseases, cancer and mental disorders diseases. The first three proportion of YLD in DALY are musculoskeletal system diseases, mental disorders and diseases of the digestive system. The DALY of males are larger than the females except for musculoskeletal system diseases. The most of the DALY is mental diseases in the age group of 15~. In 60~ and 70~ age group is tumor, 80~age group are mental system diseases, circulatory system diseases, respiratory diseases, diseases of the digestive system and urinary system diseases. The burden of respiratory diseases and diseases of the digestive system in rural is larger than urban, and the burden of others are adversely. CONCLUSIONS The loss of healthy life years of circulatory system diseases and tumor is mainly caused by death, the loss of healthy life years of musculoskeletal system diseases and mental disorders is mainly caused by disability. We should pay more attention to the loss of healthy life years that is caused by male and that in urban.
