| 摘 要： | 医院是一个知识密集型组织,需要技术与服务并重,医务人员要适应当今医疗科技发展和人们对健康及医疗权利维护的时代需求,就必须不断学习。文章从构建学习型医院的必要性和意义进行分析,并提出了构建学习型医院的策略,供医院管理者决策参考。

| Abstract: | The hospital is a knowledge-intensive organization, which needs the technology and the service being played equal attention to, the medical personnel must adapt the situation of the current medical science and technology development and the time demand of people's health and the medical right maintenance, these request medical personnel unceasingly studies. The article analyzes the necessity and the significance of constructing learning hospital, and proposed the strategy of this construction for the decision-maker. |
