保留肋间臂神经的乳腺癌改良根治术临床分析

目的：探讨保留肋间臂神经对乳腺癌改良根治术患者预后生活质量的影响。方法96例乳腺癌患者，随机分为对照组及研究组，两组均行乳癌改良根治术，治疗组在术中解剖并保留肋间臂神经，术后对两组患者神经支配区皮肤感觉功能、疼痛发生情况及预后进行比较。结果：对照组术后3个月腋窝及上臂内侧感觉降低发生率为4．17％，对照组为39．6％，治疗组低于对照组，治疗组术后腋窝及前臂内侧疼痛发生率4．17％，对照组8．33％，对照组高于治疗组。结论：乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经，能够减少相关部位皮肤感觉异常的发生，提高患者术后生活质量。

Clinical Value of Preserving Inter costobrachial Nerve in Modified Radical Mastectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of preserving inter costobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy to quality of life on patients. Methods 96 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into control groups and therapy groups,all patient taken operations with modified radical mastectomy, inter costobrachial nerve were preserved in therapy groups, paraesthesia and soreness of skin in distribution range of inter costobrachial nerve were contrasted. Resuhs After of three months after operations,ratio of hypesthesia on axillary fossa and antebrachial wall were 4.17% in theraty groups, were in control groups,ratio of soreness on axillary fossa and antebrachial wan were 4.17% in theraty groups, were 8.33% in control group,the ratio was higher in control groups than in therapy groups.Conclusions preserving inter costobrachial nervein modified radical mastectomy could decrease the incidence of abnormal sense on the medial upper arm and axillary fossa, and improve the life quality of the patients after operation.
