| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究3个厂家生产的氟罗沙星片人体生物利用度的差异。方法 :12名男性健康志愿受试者交叉口服不同厂家氟罗沙星片400mg,用高效液相色谱法测定不同时间的尿药浓度 ,以尿药法计算其药动学参数。结果 :3种不同厂家氟罗沙星片服药后60h排药量无显著性差异 (P>0 05) ,而Tmax 则存在显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :3个厂家氟罗沙星片的吸收程度无显著性差异 ,但吸收速率有差异。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the differences in bioavailability of Fleroxacin(FXC)tablets from three different facˉtories.METHODS:A single dose of400mg FXC tablets from three different factories was given to12healthy volunteers orally respectively.All drug concentration in urine were assayed by HPLC and pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained by using urine drug level.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameter Xu had no significant differences(P>0.05),and T max had signifˉicant differences(P<0.05)among three kinds of tablets.CONCLUSION:The absorption level of FXC tablets from these three factories was similar but differences were existed in their absorption rates. |
