小茴香及其盐制品定性定量研究

摘    要:目的建立小茴香及盐小茴香的定性定量分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对小茴香及盐小茴香中茴香醛进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法测定其中反式茴香脑的含量。结果应用所建立的方法对多批样品进行定性与定量分析,结果TLC图谱斑点清晰,小茴香与盐小茴香中反式茴香脑的含量无明显差异。反式茴香脑在0.15~1.53μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.17%(n=6)。结论本方法重复性好、简便易行,结果准确、可靠,可用于小茴香及盐小茴香的质量控制。

Study on Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Fennel and Prepared Fennel

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of Fennel andprepared Fennel. Method TLC was used for identification of anisealdehyde, and gas chromatographycarried out to determine the content of trans-anethole in Fennel and prepared Fennel. Results Thecalibration curve of trans-anethole was found to be linear in the range of 0.15~1.53 μg. The averagerecovery of trans- anethole was 99.17% (n =6). Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and wellreproducible. It can be used as a reliable method for quality control of Fennel and prepared Fennel.
