| 摘 要： | 目的:研究银杏蜜环口服液治疗慢性脑供血不足的治疗作用。方法:将96例患者随机分为2组,对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg,qn,阿司匹林肠溶片100mg,qd,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏蜜环口服液10mL,tid,疗程为4周。治疗前后检测颅内各血管的血流变化以及血液流变学的变化。结果:治疗组患者有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组治疗后脑血流动力学和血液流变学有明显改变。结论:银杏蜜环口服液具有改善慢性脑供血不足脑血流动力学和降低血液黏稠度作用,是治疗和预防脑供血不足的有效药物。
