摘 要: | ZWX 1型紫外线消毒器为以2支30W高硼玻璃紫外线灯管并联而成的消毒装置。用该消毒器,当辐照度值为70μW/cm2时,对玻璃表面大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌照射3min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞照射15min;为100μW/cm2时对白色念珠菌照射3min,平均杀灭率均>999%;为377μW/cm2时照射45min,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。在试验条件下,有机物对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭有明显影响

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF ZWX 1 TYPE ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTOR IN KILLING MICROORGANISMS |

Abstract: | XW 1 Type Ultraviolet Disinfector is constructed by installing two parallel 30 W high boron glass ultraviolet lamps in an aluminum reflecting shade. The ultraviolet radiation intensity at a distance of 1 m from the disinfector is 1666 μW/cm2. Its efficacy in killing the microorganisms contaminating the glass surface was observed experimentally.The results indicated that the average kiling rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 70 μW/cm2ultraviolet radiation for 3 min, spores of Bacillus subtitis var. niger exposed to 70 μW/cm2 ultraviolet radiation for 15 min and Candida albicans exposed to 100 μW/cm2ultraviolet radiation for 3 min was >999%. The HBsAg antigenicity was destroyed only after exposure to 377 μW/cm2ultraviolet rediation for 45 min. 10% calf serum in the bacterial suspension had significant influence on the efficacy of ultraviolet rays in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, but 30% calf serum in bacterial suspension had no significant influence on effect of ultraviolet rays in killing E. coli. |
