NOS阳性细胞在大鼠和小鼠睾丸内分布的比较研究

目的 研究一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性细胞在大鼠和小鼠睾丸内分布的异同。方法 应用改进的NADPH-d黄递酶组织化学方法。结果 NOS阳性细胞分布于大鼠和小鼠的睾丸间质内,精曲小管壁各种细胞均呈NOS阴性反应,大鼠的NOS活性低于小鼠。结论NOS阳性细胞均分布于大鼠和小鼠的睾丸间质内,大鼠睾丸内NOS活性低于小鼠,提示大鼠睾丸内的NO促进生精力功能较弱。

Comparison study of distrlbution of nospositive cellsin the testis between the rat and the mouse

Objective To study the asme and different of the NOS-positive cells distribution between rats mice testis. Methods By modified NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry. Results NOS-positive cells located in interstitium of the testis in both animals, but the various cells in the seminiferous tubules were all NOS-negative ones. The numbers of NOS-positive cells in the testis interstitium of the rat weres than those of the mouse and NOS-activity in such cells of the rat was lower than that of the mouse too. Conclusion NOS-positive cells of the testis are distributed in the interstitium in both rats and mice, however, the NOS-activity levels of the rat are lower than those of the mouse. The present resrults suggest that comparing with the mouse the ability of NO to promote the sperm maturation in the rat may be weaker.
