| 摘 要： | 回顾了全科医学学科人才建设的历史沿革和全科医学培训概况，对学科人才薄弱的现状及成因进行分析，对多层次全科医学培训项目效果进行讨论。提出规范化培养与岗位培训衔接、政府主导多元投入、将全科医学纳入医学院校基本课程、改革和创新教学模式等政策建议。前瞻学科建设与人才培养发展愿景，强调培训项目与学科建设同步发展、资源有效纵向整合，共同振兴全科医学。

| Abstract: | The history and status of general medicine were review, and the problem in the shortage and weakness of the staff were analyzed, then the effect of item to cultivate general medicine was discussed. At last the measures were proposed and the future was discussed as perfecting cultivation process, enhancing government input, reforming teaching mode etc. |
