阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效评价

目的探讨阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）的临床疗效。方法选取52例DVT患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各26例,实验组采用阿加曲班联合尿激酶溶栓抗凝治疗,对照组采用低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗,观察两组患者治疗过程中的疗效、并发症及不良反应。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗深静脉血栓疗效显著,安全可靠。

Efficacy evaluation of argatroban combined with urokinase for treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of argatroban combined with urokinase for the treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods：52 consecutive patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were randomly di-vided into experimental group（ Argatroban group,n = 26）and control group（ low molecular weight heparin group,n = 26）.The patients in experimental group were treated with Argatroban combined with urokinase and those of control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with urokinase for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,complication,and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results：Effects of the experimental group were significantly better than control group（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Argatroban combined with urokinase is a kind of safe and effective therapy for lower limb deep venous thrombosis.
