| 摘 要： | 目的分析金双歧对宫颈癌放射性直肠反应的临床疗效.方法从1999年4月～2002年5月对22例宫颈癌放射性直肠反应患者采用金双歧治疗,0.4/次,每日2次,观察临床症状变化,并对治疗前后大便常规高倍镜下红白细胞计数进行配对T检验.结果治疗的总有效率为77.3%,治疗前后每日大便次数分别为(6.05±3.42)和(2.64±1.71),大便常规高倍镜下红细胞计数分别为(11.82±6.25)和(5.14±5.10),大便常规高倍镜下白细胞计数分别为(13.36±6.56)和(6.41±4.68),差异均具有显著性P＜0.05.结论金双歧可以明显减轻宫颈癌放射性直肠反应,无明显毒副作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the treatment effectResults: of Gloden Bifid (consisted of Bifidobaccterium ,Lactobacillus and Streptococous thermophilus)on the radiation rectal reactions in the carcinoma of uterine cervix. Methods:Between April 1999 and May 2002, the clinical effects on twenty - two patients with radiation rectal reaction of the carcinoma of uterine cervix received the Golden Bifid 0.4 Bid for one week were evaluated. Results:The overall effec tive rate was 77.3%, the stooling times a day were (6.05 + 3.42) before preatment and (2.64 ± 1.71 ) after preatment(P ＜ 0.05). The RBC/Hp in the stool routine were (1 1.82 ± 6.25 ) pretreatment and (5.14 + 5.10) posttreatment ( P＜ 0.05 ),the WBC/Hp in the stool routine were ( 13.36 ± 6.56) pretreatment and (6.41 ± 4.68 ) posttreatment ( P ＜0.05 ) , respectively. Conclusions:Gloden Bifid is nontoxic and effective to the radiation rectal reaction in carcinoma ofuterine cervix. |
