上肢动静脉畸形的介入栓塞治疗

目的 探讨应用导管技术栓塞治疗上肢动脉畸形的效果。材料与方法 ５例患者采用股动脉和肱动脉穿刺插管，超选栓塞动静脉畸形。结果 ５例分别先用明胶海绵，然后采用弹簧栓子进行栓塞均取得理想的疗效。结论采用该方法治疗动脉静脉畸形，范围较小者可不必手术；范围较大者，栓塞后可为进一步奠定安全可靠的基础。

Interventional Embolization in treatment for arterial and venous malformations in upper limbs

Objective To verify the effects of embolization with catheterization in treatment for arterial and venous malformations in the upper limbs. Materials and Methods Catheterization was adopted with arteriopuncture through brachial and femoral arteries in 5 cases and superselective embolizations were made in the arterial and venous malformations. Results Ideal results were achieved in all 5 cases after embolization with spring coil was made after gelatin sponge had been given. Conclusions This therapy makes operation unnecessary for small scoped arterial and venous malformations. As for large scoped malformations, embolization will provide a safer and more reliable state for the operation afterward.
